Also please note, all of our customer reps, sales reps, and our answering service, answer the phone with our company name SOUTHWEST BOWLING APPAREL. If you do not hear our company name you did not reach us. Please re-dial the number, make sure you use 888.

If you have the garments embroidered - NO Refunds.
If you purchase a shirt and the shirt is the wrong size, you can send it back to the address listed below for exchange only. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from Southwest Bowling Apparel.
If the garment is defective, send the garment back to Southwest Bowling Apparel, the address is listed below. Southwest Bowling Apparel after receiving the defective garment, will replace the garment at no cost to the customer.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the garments to Southwest Bowling Apparel for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the garment, less 20% restocking fee. Provided there is no damage to the garment or has not been embroidered, a credit to your credit card will be made, less 20%, the same day received.
Southwest Bowling Apparel is not responsible for delivery of the items. A tracking number can be given upon request. Contact the shipping company for claims. Call our customer service number 888-722-2695 for more information.
